I have more than 40 years in the travel industry. My first travel job was with Ansett Airlines in Melbourne back in the late 1970’s. Returning to Sale in 1985, I worked for Neil McInnes at McInnes Travel Centre then became manager of Westside Travel for 8 years before buying that business in 1996. I have operated the travel agency continuously here in Sale for the past 19 years first trading as Westside Travel World then as Travelscene Sale and now as Travel Design. The knowledge I have accumulated in my profession allows me to create special experiences that become your lifelong memories. My clients become friends and lifetime customers, returning time after time for their next holiday.

I love to travel. I live to travel. Travelling is the best education you can have. I have been travelling the world since 1980 and have more than 40 years’ experience in the travel industry. I started my career as a tour hostess in 1982; then designed tour itineraries with Australian Pacific Tours; worked with coach touring companies, a government tourist office; designed marketing and advertising campaigns for a leading hotel & resort chain and promoted Australia to worldwide travel companies. All my clients benefit from the vast amount of knowledge I have acquired over my lifetime of travel. Exotic destinations and adventure holidays are my specialty.
